Will Hair Gel (styling gel) do anything bad to the hair over the years or effect my health?

1. i use hair gel and i haven't heard that it is harmful
2. No lol. Because it will just wash out.
3. no if you read the back of the bottel you can see it safe to use it for ever just dont sleep with it in your hair it can hert your skin causing breakouts

6. Hair gel can actually have things added in to make it good for your hair, and gel by itself does not harm you if you wash it out. Of course, it does have synthetic chemicals in it, so there's no telling what it'll do 'over the years' but so far, as known, nothing drastic will happen. P.S. >> Your hair won't fall out. ;)
7. Hair gel will not harm you. Despite the one that said it will make your hair fall out and wants to be chosen for best answer... UM NO> It will not make your hair fall out.. OR cause dandruff. Try not to apply the gel to your scalp it can cause product build up and flaky scalp... This can be misconstrued as dandruff but it is not. NOR will hair gel cause any adverse effects on your health.
