1. i think so, because based on what ive studied, pheromones are signaling molecules in animals (secretions) that are used to attract the opposite sex during mating season :)
2. would attract women the same way cologne does since cologne enhances your pheromones. Might make a woman look at you, but other than that, it's all you.
