Should i was my hair everday if i use styling gel?

I use styling gel everday so should I wash it out everday with shampoo or treat it as if i had no gel and just wash my hair every other day. I will still rinse it out just wont use shampoo b/c ive heard that you shouldn't wash your hair everday b/c it will dry it out so i wonder if the same applies when you use gel. What would be best to not damage my hair? Thanks!

1. umm.. i would definitely wash it silly! just rinsing it out i dont htink will get it all out and that will just make it yucky! just wash it! use something gentle if you are worried about it. on qvc this guy chaz dean sells a great wash fo rhair, it is a conditioner/ there is fig and different things like that.( you use it to wash but it doesnt lather and is totally good for your hair! hope this helps!

3. I would because if you keep it in you might grow mold in your hair
4. wash it every day. if u dont want it to dry out, use conditioner
5. Don't wash your hair everyday! 3-4 times a week is good enough.
6. you should wash it everyday to make sure that you get rid of all the styling gel that you put on it. not washing your hair properly and leaving some of the gel in it will eventually cause a build-up that can damage your hair, making it dry, brittle and prone to breakage.
