Can liquid soft gels of Acai berry make a person constipated?
A friend is taking these gels (1000 mg) two twice a day and now she is on the second bottle but she has told me that she is having troubles going to the bathroom for about the last week. She eats veggies, and lots of salad as well as using Olive oil for cooking and dressings. Has anyone else experienced this?

- I don't know if it will constipate a person but that crap doesn't work, she needs to spend her money on something worthwhile. Acai is a scam and everybody keeps falling for it.
- I doubt if it has caused the constipation, but then they won't do anything in the least useful either so perhaps she should stop wasting her money?
- Take it from me - acai works! There is a free trial happening right now at http://besizd.myslimmingforyou.info , try it out, how worse could it make things?
- She will need to empty her bowels without straining. She needs adequate water and more foods with fiber, like brown rice and prunes. If that doesn't work, suppository and enema. If your friend is an adult, she can make her own decisions.
