Any available gels/creams to be applied in the face to cure/prevent acne and their scars?

Well my pimples are quite big and sometimes they got pus and abscess and aches too much, and had slow healing process. any recommended creams or gels to faster cure and prevent scarring? im in the philippines so please i need products sold in the Philippines, like in Watsons or something. im male. i even mistake them sometimes to be boils!

1. You may have to order from the internet, Jamie, but I'm sure you can find good products. For prevention, you may be able to find a good astringent or you can use plain rubbing alcohol. First wash your face with ivory soap and then use a cotton ball to apply rubbing alcohol on your face at night. If you can find Proactive on the internet, you could order that but it could be expensive and no better than the rubbing alcohol idea. I wish you the best, my friend.
