What is a good hair gel that looks natural?

Imma guy with thick hair (i hate it ;P) i recently got a haircut, and i know nothing about gel since i had it really long, and now i want to spike it, my hair long that i can spike it but not too short. i have hair wax but its not the same as gel lol.

1. lol I did the same as you a while back, then I got sick of short hair with gel and have now gone back to long hair lol, but shockwaves, loriel, and garnier are all good gels. Some people think v05 is good, but I always found it watery.
