Gels

Can sports gels make your teeth sensitive?

I compete in endurance events during which I consume numerous sports gels and sports drinks. These are composed primarily of simple sugars. I notice my teeth become very sensitive afterwards - they hurt when I brush and when I eat. The pain wears off after a few days. Is this bad for my teeth?

  1. it would be your diet in general that's causing this sensitivity . You should start using listerine total care its the purple one it has fluoride which will help strengthen your teeth and works 7x better than ACT.
