What is the best hair styling product to spike my hair? (wax, cream, gel)?

I am looking for a product to spike my hair with!!!! IM deciding between Garnier Fructis Style Brilliantine wax, D:fi extreme hold styling cream! but ill also take any other suggeestions Things i am looking for.. -prefer WAX then cream then gel (gel gets hard and gross) -smell goods -reasonable price -holds well, strong mold -good overall!!

1. Go to cvs or shoppers drugmart and pick up a pomade. There will be a few different brands but any will work. Try bed head
2. I use got 2b glued. It works quite well and I actually have curly hair.. But if you want to choose from the other to I would go with garnier, their products are good quality, especially for their price. ..Hope I helped. ^-^

If you have an Ebay or Amazon.com (NOT .co.uk) account then I would extremely advise getting a japanese hair wax called 'Gatsby Moving Rubber' it is soo awsome, with it, you can even make anime style hair!!! Hope I Helped;) P.S. Theres different gatsbys for different styles, so choose the one you prefer. Edit: for best results, I would also advise getting a straightner for ultimate pointy spikes!! not the ugly normal curly ones, unless you have naturally straighter hair that is ;)
4. Your going to want more of a cream or wax. I strongly suggest a spray wax, jar of wax, or "all american crew" fiber. Go on a walmart of target website and type into the search box this brand to see what it looks like. What the fiber is going to do is its going to give you a strong but flexible hold. Its going to spike your hair without it looking hard or that super shiny look that gel gives you. Its going to make it look like you dont have any product in your hair, like its still just dry, but you can still manipulate it the same exact way you can with gel. The jar is small and its about 7 dollars but a little bit goes a long way, the jar can easily last you a year or more. I strongly recommend this product. hope i helps(: P.S. the fiber is much healthier for your hair then gel is. Gel drys your hair out.
