What is a good hair gel or styler that doesn't maker my hair look greasy?

My hair is an unruly mop and needs to be tamed with gel or something similar. I don't like the wet greasy look of the gel I have though. Are there any that have a more natural appearance?

2. I suggested TIGI Matte Seperation Wax to my boyfriend who doesn't like the wet look either. He will NOT use anything else! You can only find this product at salons that carry the TIGI line though which deems it hard to find. But it is for men and comes in a black tub.
