A good hair gel that also conditions the hair instead of drying it out?

If I decide to get my hair a little shorter again one of these days, I want a gel with both a VERY strong hold and conditioning capabilities. Recommendations?

1. try Sebastian Potion 9. It's a deep conditioner, but if you leave it on the hair it will dry as hard as a rock.
2. Redkin shaper is a good gel. It's a bit pricey but doesn't condition but holds with out drying your hair out. You can find it at beauty supply stores or at a salon that uses Redkin products.
