What hair products do you use for naturally curly hair on an African American female?

I've been trying to find the correct products to use for my hair, but I'm having no luck. My hair is brittle and is starting to get dry. I have very curly hair and it needs some type of moisturizer! Any help?

  1. Just use a deep conditioner. Aussie makes a nice one. Also, use some oil. I like olive oil. And Also, invest in a good daily moistuizer. Garnier has a nice one! :P
  2. check out nappturality.com Good site for tips, and visual step by step details and hair product recipes
  3. You need to find a routine tha tworks best for you! Some crucial products are: Deep Conditioners, Shampoo, Conditioners, Leave-In Conditioners and a styler. A product line I like to recommend is Shea Moisture. The are a maker of quality USDA certified organic products and very affordable. Each product in their line is about $10 at Target and for all of them, a little goes along way. They are all very moisturizing.
  4. I recommend a very good product that leaves hair healthy, shiny and resilient, it's Pro Naturals Moroccan Oil hair treatment with heat protector smoothes the cuticles and helps fortify hair that is prone to breaking, split ends and supplies hair nutrients. Provides heat protection against electronic hair tools, reduces Frizz and prevent further damage. I bought it at safrons, you can check it out at http://www.safrons.com/pro-naturals-moroccan-oil-hair-treatment-with-heat-protector.html Hope this helps
